We want you to love your Levi’s® gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned unless faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and the reason for the request.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Post Your Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any Australia Post location or red street posting box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
